LeGameOS 0.3.2 - account-stage registry-permission fix

Observed in the supplied 0.3.1 retry logs:
- AME Wizard 0.8.4, Windows 11 Pro 26H2 build 26300.9711, x64.
- Initialize, machine policies/power, selected system and user-service settings
and the HAGS request completed without a recorded halt.
- Brave installed successfully; Discord was already present and retained.
- The account stage applied/logged Game Mode, game capture, background game
recording, Game Bar prompts and its controller shortcut preferences.
- It then failed with access denied at the exact target:
  HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced [TaskbarDa]
- Wallpaper, shortcuts and later stages were not reached in that log.
- The log does not identify the underlying ACL cause or a Defender detection.

What changed:
- The earlier fix covered explicitly optional HKLM machine policies. This fix
extends exact-target access-denial handling to eight optional account
appearance preferences: TaskbarDa, TaskbarAnimations, Windows suggestions,
promoted-app preferences, app/system dark themes, transparency and window
animation. The complete list is marked OptionalUserSetting in Profile.json.
- If Windows refuses one of these registry reads/writes, log a WARN identifying
its hive, path and value, then continue with later account settings.
- In particular, both settings under the blocked Explorer\Advanced key can
be skipped without stopping wallpaper and desktop-control creation.
- All writable preferences continue to apply normally. A skipped preference
was not forcibly applied and may still be enabled in Windows.
- Required gaming settings, backup/state errors and unrelated registry errors
still halt. No ownership/ACL takeover or security-disabling changes were added.
- Existing original-value journals, including failed-write snapshots, remain.
The unchanged denied values do not need native writes when restored.
- The static wallpaper, apps, services, gaming profile and recovery remain.

Retry:
1. Close AME Wizard and reopen it.
2. Import LeGameOS-0.3.2.apbx and apply from the SAME gaming administrator
account used for the failed attempts. Keep Defender enabled.
3. Keep C:\ProgramData\LeGameOS and %LOCALAPPDATA%\LeGameOS, including backups.
Do not delete the journals or manually import the .reg exports before retry.
4. Reapply the selected features. Existing Brave/Discord installs are detected
and kept. Previously applied settings keep their first original snapshots.
5. Review WARN lines; optional skipped appearance settings are not required
to complete the profile. The supported device Widgets policy had already
   applied in your 0.3.1 log.
6. After successful application, restart. Open the desktop LeGameOS Control
Center. Option 19 measures the idle process target; it is not a hard cap.

No fresh Windows installation is needed to retry this particular failure.
116 pure/mocked logic checks include 44 permission-path checks and a replay
through wallpaper and shortcut creation. No full successful Windows apply,
game launch or performance result is claimed for 0.3.2.
