LeCoreOS 11 0.8.2 — app startup hotfix

This release corrects the “#FFFFBE82 is not a valid value for BorderBrush” startup failure. PowerShell had stored a PSObject wrapper in the WPF resource dictionary. Native .NET code now creates and inserts the brushes, and validates their actual .NET types. All four accent themes remain available.

Existing installation

Download LeCoreOS-11-0.8.2-Repair.zip, extract the entire ZIP, close Control Center, and run Repair.cmd from the original gaming administrator account. Accept the Windows administrator prompt. The repair checks real WPF controls and all four themes on your PC before changing installed program files, backs up replaced files, verifies installed hashes, and runs the native check again. A failed copy or installed check restores the previous files. No Windows reinstall is needed. A restart is not normally required for this UI-only repair.

This repair does not run Windows tuning actions. It preserves current registry/service settings, game INI files, GPU profiles, security, selected power scheme and display/sleep timeouts. If you already applied 0.8.1, its v0.7.0 gaming baseline and one-hour Max Performance timeouts remain as configured. Full AME installation uses the same gaming values and power settings as 0.8.1.

Fresh AME installation

Import LeCoreOS-11-0.8.2.apbx directly into AME Wizard. A native UI preflight now runs before initialization and gaming settings. Do not import the repair ZIP into AME.

Verification

The production C# bridge is tested with the real PowerShell object-indexer behavior and small .NET UI stand-ins: the old assignment stores PSObject and is rejected, while the new code stores native brushes for all four themes. Original v0.7.0 source comparisons remain in Tests. Native Windows/WPF and game latency cannot be run in this Linux build environment. The repair and AME initializer perform the included native UI check on the actual Windows PC before proceeding.
