LeCoreOS 11 0.8.0 game and GPU profiles

Use Gaming in LeCoreOS 11 Control Center. Close games before applying a profile; for VALORANT, also exit the Riot client from its tray menu. Orange marks a matching or selected saved setting. It does not establish lower latency or prove which renderer a running game uses.

Fortnite: your requested preset

Setting Target How it is applied
Quality Low; shadows, effects, textures and other existing scalability keys at 0 Existing GameUserSettings.ini keys, backed up first
View distance Far; existing sg.ViewDistanceQuality at 2 Local INI preset; confirm the named setting after launch
Display Fullscreen; existing resolution and render scale retained Existing display-mode keys
V-Sync / motion blur Off Existing keys
FPS limit Uncapped initially Existing FrameRateLimit; numeric cap control available
Rendering Current DX12 Performance Select once inside Fortnite; capture existing game-written mode keys for reuse
NVIDIA Reflex On + Boost Select once inside Fortnite; capture existing game-written graphics keys for reuse
AMD GPU Reflex unavailable Use supported Adrenalin controls and compare measured results
  1. Click Apply Fortnite profile.
  2. Launch Fortnite through Epic. In Video, select Performance, Far view distance, Low textures and meshes, V-Sync Off, motion blur Off, and NVIDIA Reflex On + Boost if available. Preserve your preferred resolution and controller settings. Apply and restart Fortnite when requested.
  3. If Performance does not stay selected, use Copy Performance launch flags in LeCoreOS 11 and paste -d3d12 -FeatureLevelEs31 into Fortnite's Launch Options in the Epic Games Launcher. Remove conflicting old renderer arguments such as -dx11, -d3d11, or -sm6 from that renderer selection. Keep unrelated launch options you need.
  4. Close Fortnite. Click Save in-game choices. LeCoreOS 11 records only allowlisted existing graphics/mode entries from your own files. Future Apply Fortnite profile clicks replay those existing entries while keeping the Low/Far base.
  5. Reopen the game and check the effective Video menu. Capture again after changing your intended preset or after an update changes how settings are stored.

Epic's April 2026 competitive guide recommends Performance and On + Boost. It recommends Near view distance; LeCoreOS 11 uses Far because you requested it, which can cost some performance. The current supported launch flags are taken from Epic's rendering-mode support page, rather than older DX11 Performance instructions.

VALORANT: separate preset

Click Apply VALORANT profile for the existing Low scalability, fullscreen, V-Sync Off and uncapped keys. Then set the following in the game's Video settings:

Setting Target
Material / Texture / Detail / UI quality Low
Vignette / V-Sync / Bloom / Distortion / First Person Shadows Off
Anti-aliasing / Anisotropic filtering None / 1x
Improve Clarity and sharpening options Off for the initial comparison
Multithreaded Rendering On when supported; appropriate for your 9800X3D system
NVIDIA Reflex On + Boost on supported NVIDIA hardware
AMD Anti-Lag 2 On in game on compatible AMD hardware and drivers
Limit FPS Always Off for the initial uncapped comparison; compare a sustainable cap later
Frame generation Off where available for the initial latency comparison

Exit both VALORANT and the Riot client, then click Save in-game choices. Available graphics entries in GameUserSettings.ini and RiotUserSettings.ini are captured; controls, sensitivity, audio, account credentials, resolution and unrelated sections are excluded. The base Low values take precedence over captured quality values. Key names and sections that are absent are not invented.

Some VALORANT choices are cloud-backed or may not be exposed in these files. Capturing does not force a server-side setting and cannot attest that the selected Reflex mode was On + Boost. Such options remain in-game selections. Recheck after signing into a different account, cloud synchronization or a game update. No Engine.ini, Vanguard, game binary, memory or network settings are changed.

Riot added Anti-Lag 2 in patch 12.09, for compatible hardware and drivers updated March 9, 2026 or later. It is a separate game-integrated feature, not the regular driver Anti-Lag switch. Riot's dedicated multithreading guidance supports On for suitable high-end devices; its crash-troubleshooting list suggests Off as a diagnostic, rather than a universal maximum-performance rule.

NVIDIA: one-click application profiles

Apply NVIDIA game profiles uses the installed, signed nvapi64.dll and NVIDIA's public DRS API. It targets the Fortnite and VALORANT shipping executable names, using their existing driver profiles where present. A LeCoreOS 11 profile/association is created if none exists.

Driver setting Requested value
Power management Prefer maximum performance
Vertical sync Force Off
Preferred refresh rate Highest available
Driver frame-rate limiter Off

Both profiles are read back after saving. Global NVIDIA settings, texture filtering, shader cache, custom resolutions and other driver settings are preserved. The refresh preference is a driver request; check your actual Windows/monitor refresh rate. The driver preset does not enable Reflex: select it inside each game. NVIDIA says Reflex supersedes driver Ultra Low Latency functionality, so LeCoreOS 11 does not stack a private queue-setting override on top.

Original explicit overrides and inherited/predefined values are distinguished in the protected GPU recovery journal. Recovery restores the former override or removes the LeCoreOS 11 override to recover inheritance. It preserves unrelated changes and retains any empty application association it created. It refuses to recover into a different reassigned game profile.

AMD: scope is global

Apply AMD global base uses the installed, signed amdadlx64.dll and AMD's public ADLX interfaces. Where supported, it disables Chill, Boost, Enhanced Sync and frame-rate target control. It does not request a change to regular Anti-Lag unless you choose its separate On/Off controls. All supported flags are backed up because coupled driver controls can change together. This does not create or edit Adrenalin per-game profiles; existing per-game overrides can take precedence. Set those profiles to match the intended base in Adrenalin if needed.

Regular Anti-Lag is an optional comparison. Prefer in-game Anti-Lag 2 for VALORANT and avoid stacking both by default. LeCoreOS 11 does not enable legacy Anti-Lag Next/Plus; an exposed non-regular level blocks the enable operation. AFMF, other frame generation, and application-specific settings are managed in Adrenalin/the game. Disable frame generation for a direct input-latency comparison. NVIDIA Reflex and its Boost mode are unavailable on AMD.

Only supported controls are requested. Recovery restores coupled flags together, verifies the final group and retains pending originals on failure. Originals are stored against the reported GPU PNP identity; recovery refuses to substitute a different or missing adapter. If the vendor API is unavailable, the buttons stay disabled and explain why. No undocumented driver registry profile is imported as a fallback.

Recovery and verification

This release has source, parser, mock-driver, recovery, archive and integrity checks. It has not been run against your Windows installation, NVIDIA/AMD drivers, game menus or an input-to-display measurement device. Test and keep the better measured settings. No software preset can guarantee the absolute lowest delay on every PC.
